Mr. Villalon has over twenty years of experience in planning and leading complex strategic initiatives across various industries.  As Consulting Services Manager, Pablo works with client executives to deliver and support their strategic initiatives and to foster internal innovation.

During his career, Pablo has successfully led numerous complex strategic planning and execution initiatives, large-scale implementations, Quality/Assurance programs, Change Management/Transformation initiatives, and has acted as an interim CIO as well as a CIO Transition Coach.

Mr. Villalon has a deep understanding of leading practices in strategy, business processes, technology, systems architecture and organizational effectiveness.  His background includes senior management roles as a business and technology leader within Fortune 500 companies and consulting firms in the U.S., Europe and Latin America.  He has worked with organizations in numerous industries, including:  Utilities, Hospitality/Gaming, Distribution, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Government, Mining, Financial Services, Not-for-Profit/Associations, Education, Call Centers Operations, Waste Management, Transportation, and Construction.
