With a background across a wide variety of disciplines such as business strategy, sales/marketing, financial and management controls, human resources, information technology, e-business, operations, and supply-chain management.

Responsibilities include involvement in project management, business analysis, methodology development and review of existing client environment to offer improvement and recommendations, complete responsibility for meeting customer expectations on various strategic projects.  The position is based in MSS' Phoenix office. Local candidates only, no visa sponsorship or relocation assistance is available.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High energy, creative, and possess strong presentation skills.
• Strong business and leadership skills.
• 1 - 3 years Consulting experience a must; PMP (Project Management Professional) an asset.
• CXO relationship development
• Ability to understand, improve and document business processes.
• Demonstrated expertise in business analysis and strategic planning.
• Experience leading consulting projects in complex business application areas.
• Understands the fundamentals of complex business application implementations and functionality.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills to interact effectively with the client and project team members.
• Ability to take direction from others, work as part of a team or work independently.
• Ability to learn new skills quickly and effectively.
• Experience using MS Project software and MS Visio.
