JOB DESCRIPTION:

Currently, we are seeking a permanent full time employee to fill the position of PeopleSoft HRIS Applications Consultant with our Phoenix team. Responsibilities include involvement in pre-sales efforts, implementation and post implementation activities, analyzing and resolving user problems and provide in depth knowledge of PeopleSoft functionality, requirements definition, gap analysis, support desk responsibilities, client training, and review of existing systems to offer process improvement and recommendations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum three (3) years of hands-on experience implementing and/or upgrading core modules within PeopleSoft HCM required. Experience with multiple modules is an asset.
  • Must have specific experience with US Functional core HCM, Benefits Administration, and Base Benefits, or Payroll and/or Time and Labor.
  • Proficiency in PeopleSoft core HR system is required, with the ability to quickly learn new programs when required.
  • Experience in configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and support to the user for the enabling PeopleSoft Finance applications and related technology.
  • Familiar with the native integration in PeopleSoft HCM solutions.
  • Functional knowledge and experience in PeopleSoft version 8.4 and later releases (up to and including release 9.1).
  • At least 3 years of experience operating as mid/senior level human resources professional, working within a human resource group for a complex organization. Strong knowledge of Human Resources, and Payroll processes and procedures is required.
  • Project leadership/management experience.  PMP certification a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
  • Solid verbal and written communications skills to be able to interact effectively with the client and project team members.
  • Ability to take direction from others as well as work unsupervised.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft Financial and/or Supply Chain modules a plus.
